The Happy Calendar

How it works

  1. During the day, or at the end of the day, write down every activity you did, even if it’s small or insignificant
  2. Rate how you’re felt about the day (good day, frustrating day, boring day, angry day, etc.)
  3. Highlight patterns for good days. What makes you have a good day?

Why it works

  1. We’re able to log what we’ve done and it helps us see how we’ve spent our day.
  2. It removes our need to remember. We can see progress over time.
  3. It makes us think about how we feel and identify connections to our actions. If we identify what actions make us happy, we can do more of those things.
